Terms of service

These terms of sale define the process of ordering, paying, delivering and returning or reclaiming the goods offered on our site. The Supplier (Seller) is “PurityBox” d.o.o. White City. The buyer of the goods is a visitor to the webshop who selects at least one product, inserts it into the cart, pays with a payment card, bank transfer (bank transfer) in the bank or post office and sends the order to the Seller.

Through the webshop www.pure.rs the buyer is enabled to buy all the products that are on the Seller's web site.

The owner of the website is “PurityBox” d.o.o. Belgrade, with headquarters at 15 Pushkinova Street, Belgrade (registration number 20987472, PIB 10837866) and the PurityBox Store at the address Gospodar Jovanova 47, Belgrade. Contact mail is info@pure.rs, contact phone is +381113040671.

Prices are with VAT.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - RSD (RSD). For the informative presentation of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount your card will be charged for will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same rate used by the card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

The highlighted prices in the webshop are only valid for online shopping.

ORDERING

Products are ordered through an app on the Website and are irrevocable. If the seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, he will deliver the available of the selected products, and he will inform the Buyer by e-mail (phone) indicating the delivery of the remaining products. With the delivery of these products, they will send the Buyer an email within the stipulated time for delivery of the remaining products.

PAYMENT

Products ordered with shipping costs (if any) will be paid by Seller by payment card, debit card or wire transfer.

When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently state-of-the-art technology. Data security during the purchase of Visa, Maestro and Master Card cards is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank's pages. At no time is payment card information available to our system.

All product prices are clearly stated on the website and include taxes. Postage costs are also clearly shown. The cost of postage may vary depending on the total amount of the order.

DELIVERY

The ordered goods are delivered (in Serbia) to your front door.

Products are shipped by City Express or DHL.

The delivery time is 2-3 business days. The deadline begins when PurityBox receives a payment into a checking account or when credit card authorization is granted. Orders payable on delivery are shipped the next day. The estimated delivery time may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are not available immediately or you received a confirmation of online shopping during the weekend or public holidays. Delivery is considered complete when the shipment is delivered to the consignee at the address indicated on the purchase.

DELIVERY CONTROL

Immediately upon delivery of the PB shipment, the buyer is obliged to check carefully:

- the packaging is damaged

- whether the shipment number on the package corresponds to the number given in the documentation. The buyer must immediately inform the courier if there is any damage to the packaging or the product. In case of damaged shipment the buyer must contact the Seller and provide details. In the case of poor quality or defective product, the customer is entitled to an immediate refund upon receipt of a photograph showing the defective product in the Seller's mail.

Delivery costs Serbia / 150 RSD shipment up to 3000 RSD value / free delivery for orders of 3000 RSD or more.

RETURN OF FUNDS

Any purchase made through our website (hereinafter: the Purchase Agreement) by the user accessing the website (hereinafter: the Client) is governed by these General Terms and Conditions.

The Client is entitled to terminate the Purchase Agreement at its sole discretion and without cause within 7 days. The possibility of returning the goods ends on the eighth day after receiving the shipment. The Client is obliged to inform PB Customer Service on time. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Client. The Client does not bear any costs other than the cost of sending the product to the PurityBox office in Belgrade. Importantly, the goods were returned to the address of Gospodar Jovanova 47 in Belgrade within 10 days after receiving the shipment. Products must be undamaged and unused. In case of poor quality or defective product, the customer is entitled to an immediate refund or replacement of the product upon receipt of a photograph showing the defective product in the PB customer service mail.

In case of returning goods and refunds to a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, “PurityBox” d.o.o. Belgrade is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the seller's request, will make a refund to the cardholder's account.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY PROTECTION

On behalf of “PurityBox” d.o.o. Belgrade is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary, basic customer / customer information and data necessary for business and customer information in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the choice, including the ability to decide whether or not to delete them from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer / customer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need it to do the job. All PurityBox employees d.o.o. Belgrade (and its business partners) are responsible for upholding the principles of privacy protection.
